Miami Law Mindfulness in Law Program

On this page you will find several short mindfulness and relaxation practices. They were developed for you to draw upon before the Bar Exam and during breaks. The pre- and mid- bar exam exercises were recorded with and without relaxing music. They are each six minutes. There is also a 2-minute breath calming practice and a longer 15 minute guided relaxation exercise.
