Miami Law Mindfulness in Law Program

The Mindfulness in Law Program offers the law school community several mindfulness workshops.

These programs ranging from 90 minutes to four weeks in length introduce participants to the art and science of mindfulness, and create an environment conducive for establishing a professional and person practice in alignment with each participant’s individual interests.

The subject matter of these experiential programs range from eating to finding balance, with many workshops open to the entire law school community. Students, faculty, and staff come together to explore mindfulness and its relevance to their lives as legal professionals and human beings.

The mindfulness workshops, developed by Scott Rogers, that are offered from time to time include:

-SoBe Mindful in Life and Law

-Finding Real Happiness

-Mindfulness, Balance & The Law Student’s Brain

-The Mindful Oral Advocate

-From Worrier to Warrior

-Mindful Eating
